General terms & conditions

Exchanges on merchandise are permitted at the store's discretion within 7 days and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Items must be in original condition with original packaging intact in a sellable condition.


All warranties are manufacturer warranties & are honored by the manufacturer pursuant to the policies outlined in the warranty document unless otherwise stated.


HELLOPOST LIMITED warrants that BLU’s handsets and accessories (the “Products”) purchased from its authorized retail locations are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser and continuing for the following specified period of time after that date:

Handsets & Ear-pods 3 months

Flagship (G series/V series/ M series) 6 months

Batteries 30 days

Cables, chargers & headsets 7 days

During the applicable warranty period, provided the Products are returned in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, BLU will repair or replace the Products, at BLU’s sole option, without charge. BLU may, at BLU’s sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any Products, or may replace Products with rebuilt, reconditioned, or new Products. All repaired/replaced Products will be warranted for thirty (30) days. All replaced Products, parts, components, boards, and equipment shall become the property of BLU. Except to any extent expressly allowed by applicable law, transfer, or assignment of this Limited Warranty is prohibited.
